After-hours movers: Adobe Systems, RH, Oracle and more

After-Hours Stock Movers:

Adobe Systems (NASDAQ:ADBE) fell 8% after it issued guidance for its fourth quarter that trailed estimates. Adobe Systems sees fourth quarter revenue of $5.5-5.55 billion, versus the consensus of $5.6 billion.

RH (NYSE:RH) rose 18% after reporting better than expected EPS and revenue in the fourth quarter and updating its guidance.

Oracle (NYSE:ORCL) rose 7% after it said it sees at least $66 billion in revenue in 2026, and $104 billion in revenue in 2029.

Similarweb Ltd. (NYSE:SMWB) fell 11% announced the launch of an underwritten public offering by a selling shareholder of 3,500,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Wayfair (NYSE:W) rose 8% in sympathy with RH.

Singular Genomics Systems (OMIC) rose 60% after it received a non-binding proposal from Deerfield to acquire all of the Company’s outstanding shares of common stock that are not already owned by Deerfield for $10.00 per share in cash.
