Mexico antitrust regulator to rule on Walmart unit in coming days, firm says

MEXICO CITY (Reuters) – Mexican antitrust regulator Cofece should publish its decision on an investigation into Walmart (NYSE:WMT)’s unit in the country in the next few days, the firm said on Monday.

Cofece had alleged that Walmart de Mexico was imposing prices and terms on its suppliers or distributors. Walmex, as the unit is also known, said it had acted lawfully.
