(Reuters) – The U.S. Federal Trade Commission is probing farm equipment maker Deere (NYSE:DE) in an antitrust and consumer protection inquiry related to the company’s repair policies, according to a filing made public on Thursday.
The agency is investigating whether Deere engaged in anticompetitive behavior in its equipment repair, the filing with the FTC showed.
